Avant Announces Hurricane Irma Relief Efforts
Following the ongoing recovery efforts taking place in Texas from Hurricane Harvey, many residents throughout the Southeast are now facing devastation caused by Hurricane Irma. In the challenging weeks ahead, Avant would like to extend resources and support to our customers who have been adversely impacted by these storms.
To provide additional support and assistance to our customers affected by Hurricane Irma, residents in disaster-designated counties will be eligible for the following programs through October 20, 2017:
- All late fees will be waived for Avant customers impacted by Hurricane Irma in FEMA-designated disaster areas.
- Loan payment date extensions may be made available to all customers in need who reside in disaster-designated counties impacted by Hurricane Irma.
- Avant is actively working with credit bureaus to ensure that customers will not be negatively impacted due to missed payments during this period.
- Our dedicated customer service team will be on hand to answer all questions and assist with these services.

To support the relief efforts from the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma, Avant has made a $50,000 donation to The Red Cross. Avant has also implemented an employee match program in which Avant will match up to $15,000 donated by our employees.
