Credit Pull Authorization
By continuing with the application process, you understand and agree that you are authorizing WebBank, Member FDIC, and Avant to each obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion and FactorTrust.
You also authorize WebBank and Avant to verify information in your application for credit, and you agree that WebBank and/or Avant may contact third parties to verify any such information. You direct WebBank and/or Avant to use your consumer reports to authenticate your identity, to make credit decisions, and for other related purposes.
You expressly authorize WebBank and/or Avant to obtain consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies about you when you apply for credit, during the 60 days following your initial application date, and periodically throughout the term of your credit product, including in the month following the month when you pay off or otherwise satisfy the terms of your credit product.
You expressly authorize WebBank and/or Avant to use the information that we obtain from such reports along with your application information to, among other things, market refinancings and other products to you, determine your eligibility for other products that WebBank and/or Avant may offer or that you may apply for, make decisions related to the servicing and collection of your account, measure how the credit product you obtained from WebBank impacts your credit, perform other statistical analysis, and share information with you about your credit profile.
